PROCESS AND STEPS OF CONVEYANCE DEED AND SALE DEED IN GMADA.

  1. OBTAIN NO DUE CERIFICATE FROM GMADA (20-30 DAYS)
  2. BUY STAMP PAPERS & SUBMIT APPLICATION IN GMADA OFFICE WITH 2 WITNESSES. (20-30 DAYS). DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: 1.PHOTOGRAPH, 2.PAN, 3.AADHAR CARD, 4.ALLOTMENT LETTER, 5.NO DUE CERTIFIACTE, 6.NON CONSTRUCTION EXTENSION FEE, 7.WITNESS AADHAR/ID (ALL PHOTOCOPIES AND ORIGINAL TO BE CARRIED ALONG
  3. GET CONVEYANCE DEED REGISTERED IN TEHSIL/SUB TEHSIL 
  4. GET CERTIFIED COPY OF CONVEYANCE DEED TO BE DEPOSITED IN GMADA OFFICE.  

IF SELLING THE PROPERTY GET PERMISSION TO SELL FROM GMADA OFFICE FOR FURTHER SALE DEED. (20-25 DAYS)
